You know these problems

You're the webmaster by default

Nobody at the business actually owns the site. When something breaks, it's you at 11pm googling error messages instead of running the business.

The site slowly drifts

Plugins go out of date, images balloon, security warnings pile up. One day you notice traffic is down 40% and the site is on page 5 of Google.

Edits pile up

New team photo, new pricing, new hours, new landing page for the summer promo. All sitting in a Notion doc that never gets done.

Emergencies eat weekends

The site goes down on a Sunday and you're either paying an emergency freelancer $300/hr or waiting until Monday and losing leads all weekend.

What you get for $79-$299/mo

  • A real engineer running maintenance in the background so plugins and CMS updates never break your site
  • Daily verified offsite backups (we actually restore them on staging to prove they work)
  • Uptime and form submission monitoring so you hear from us before your customers
  • Included edit hours every month so your Notion doc actually gets shipped
  • A named person you can email, WhatsApp, or Slack when you need something
  • A monthly report in plain language, not a jargon dump

Small business website management FAQ

How much does small business website management cost?+

Our small business Care plan starts at $79/mo. Most small businesses land on Care + Edits at $169/mo because 2 hours of edits usually clears the monthly backlog. Compare that to $65-$150/hr for freelance edits (adds up fast at 2+ hours a month) or $500-$2,000/mo for an agency retainer with lock-in.

Do I need website management if my site is small?+

If your site brings in leads, bookings, or sales, yes. The break-even math is one lost customer usually pays for a year of Care. If your site is a truly static brochure that hasn't been touched in 3 years and you don't rely on it for anything, DIY is fine until a plugin auto-updates badly.

What CMS platforms do you support for small businesses?+

WordPress and WooCommerce (our specialism), Webflow, Shopify, Wix and Wix Studio, and Squarespace. All five with the same care plan shape and platform-specific deliverables.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Month to month, no lock-in, no cancellation fee. First 30 days we refund the full month. We keep your offsite backups for 30 more days after cancellation so you can migrate cleanly.

Will you actually make the edits or just monitor?+

We actually make the edits. Care + Edits includes 2 hours a month. Scale includes 5 hours. Extra hours as 2-hour ($150), 5-hour ($325), or 10-hour ($600) blocks. Turnaround is usually same-week.
