The WebCare Fleet Method

Four pillars for keeping WordPress sites reliable at fleet scale.

The WebCare Fleet Method is the operating system Ali Yasin Jatoi built while running a 150+ site internal fleet at Pearl Lemon. Every WebCare Studios plan runs on these four pillars: Prevention, Response, Recovery, Compounding.

30 day money back guarantee on every plan.

01

Prevention

Break the failure before it starts

Weekly staging updates. Restore tested backups every 24 hours. Wordfence hardened, XML RPC locked, admin URL rewritten, file editing disabled at wp-config. Uptime pings every 60 seconds, Core Web Vitals measured continuously. The overwhelming majority of incidents we see on prospects show up in a maintenance ticket we would have closed the month before.

Evidence

94 percent of incoming rescue calls in the last 90 days would have been prevented by a Care Plus plan on the same site.

02

Response

First response measured in minutes, not tickets

Named senior engineer on Care Plus and above. No ticket queue. 4 hour SLA on Care, 1 hour on Care Plus, 15 minute on Scale. Every P1 gets a Loom recording, not a status email. On call rotation covers UK, US, EU, and GCC time zones.

Evidence

Median first response on P1 tickets in the last 90 days: 11 minutes. 0 P1 SLA misses.

03

Recovery

Every failure has a rollback plan before it ships

Staging first for every change over 15 minutes. Restore tested backups mean the backup itself has been proven to work, not just written. Malware cleanup ships with a hardening report and a 30 day reinfection guarantee. Migration rollbacks are pre wired at the DNS layer, so if a migration fails the fallback is a TTL flip, not a rebuild.

Evidence

Zero botched migrations in 2025 and 2026 to date. Zero reinfections inside the 30 day guarantee window.

04

Compounding

Every month leaves the site better than we found it

Monthly Care Report ships a signed off engineer note, Core Web Vitals delta, security posture change, and next month plan. We do not just keep the site online. We reduce technical debt every month so that year two costs less than year one to maintain.

Evidence

Average Care Plus site loses 30 to 60 minutes of engineer effort per month between month 1 and month 12 because the site stabilises.

Why we named it

Most WordPress maintenance providers sell a plan and a checklist. Neither describes how failure gets prevented, contained, or compounded away. We named the method so clients can hold us to it, so engineers on the team have a shared vocabulary, and so we stop reinventing the same playbook every quarter.

Every service page on this site cites which pillar the work belongs to. Every Care Report ends with a pillar tag on each item shipped that month. If a WebCare action does not fit one of the four pillars, we do not ship it. That is the whole point.

Where it came from

Between 2019 and 2024, Ali Yasin Jatoi managed the Pearl Lemon internal fleet of 150+ WordPress sites as fleet manager. That job forces you to invent a system, because you cannot ticket queue your way through 150 sites. The WebCare Fleet Method is the distilled version of that system, opened up for clients outside Pearl Lemon.

Want the method applied to your site?
