We don't resell hosting. We manage everything above the server.

Website hosting and maintenance in one relationship, not five invoices.

You pay your host directly — Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, SiteGround, or Hostinger — and we manage the application on top: tested updates, verified backups, security, monitoring, and performance work. One named engineer accountable for the whole thing. From $99/mo.

Hosts we manage on top of

You own the hosting account. We own the site's health. Here's who we've deployed on repeatedly and what we'd pick for your case.

K

Kinsta

Recommended for growing WordPress

Google Cloud infra, isolated containers, best-in-class support. We handle everything above the server.

W

WP Engine

Enterprise WordPress + WooCommerce

Great platform for larger teams. We manage the stack, cache rules, and staging discipline.

C

Cloudways

Best price/performance for scaling sites

DigitalOcean, Vultr, or AWS underneath. We tune the server profile alongside the application.

S

SiteGround

Solid starter for brochure WordPress

Reliable shared plans. We add tested updates, real backups, and monitoring on top.

H

Hostinger

Budget WordPress with the trade-offs

Good pricing, watchful maintenance required. We handle the plugin discipline the shared plan can't.

S

Shopify / Squarespace / Wix / Webflow

Managed platforms

Hosting is baked in. We manage themes, apps, integrations, and the ongoing content and performance work.

What the maintenance layer covers

Same playbook whether you're on Kinsta, Cloudways, or the shared plan you set up 5 years ago and never touched again.

  • Hosting recommendation + free migration

We audit your current host, recommend the right fit for your traffic and stack, and migrate you to it at no extra cost. No affiliate padding — we recommend what actually works for your case.

  • Tested updates in staging

Every plugin, theme, and core update runs in staging first. A human loads homepage, contact form, and checkout after. Never auto-pushed to production.

  • Verified daily offsite backups

Offsite, not just on the host. Restored on staging every month to prove the backup actually works — a backup you've never restored is a hope, not a plan.

  • 24/7 uptime + security monitoring

30 second uptime checks, malware scanning, firewall rules, form submission monitoring. You hear from us before your customers do.

  • Performance work quarterly

Core Web Vitals audit every quarter with before/after LCP, INP, CLS numbers. Query profiling, image + font optimization, page cache + object cache tuning.

  • One relationship, one invoice

You still pay your host directly (we don't resell hosting), but the human accountable for the site is us. One engineer to call when something breaks, not a support tier lottery.

Hosting + maintenance FAQ

Do you provide website hosting and maintenance together?+

We provide the maintenance. We recommend and manage the hosting but we don't resell it — you pay Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, SiteGround, or Hostinger directly. That way you own the account, you get their full support, and we're not making a margin on your bandwidth. The maintenance runs on top: tested updates, verified backups, security, and performance. One relationship, honest pricing.

Why don't you resell hosting?+

Because reselling hosting creates a conflict of interest. If we made a margin on your hosting bill, we'd have a reason to over-recommend expensive hosts. Instead we recommend what actually fits your traffic and stack, migrate you for free, and get paid only for the maintenance work. Cleaner economics, better recommendations.

How much do website hosting and maintenance services cost?+

Maintenance from $99/mo (Care) to $799/mo (Scale). Hosting varies by host: Kinsta from $35/mo, WP Engine from $30/mo, Cloudways from $14/mo, SiteGround from $3.99/mo, Hostinger from $2.99/mo. Total for a typical growing WordPress site is $150 to $250/mo all-in.

Which hosts do you recommend?+

For growing WordPress: Kinsta (best support), WP Engine (best for larger teams), or Cloudways (best price/performance). For brochure WordPress: SiteGround. For budget WordPress with active watching: Hostinger. For managed platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow) hosting is baked in and we manage the application layer.

Can you help me migrate to a better host?+

Yes. Free migration is included when you sign up for any care plan. We migrate the site, verify every URL, update DNS, install SSL, and run a full smoke test before switching production over. Zero downtime on 95% of migrations.

What if my host has a security incident?+

We monitor for it. If Kinsta or your host has a security incident, we get the disclosure through our channels usually before it's public, and we assess the impact on your specific site before you have to ask. If your site is affected, we clean it under the emergency response SLA of your plan.
