Privacy policy

WebCare Studios looks after WordPress and other business websites for owners and agencies. This policy covers webcarestudios.com and the free tools on it. Questions about your data go to hello@webcarestudios.com.

We only collect what you give us or what the site needs to work:

• Enquiry and booking forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you add one, your website address, and your message.
• Plan and migration quizzes: the answers you choose, so we can send the matching recommendation.
• Free tools: the website address you check and the result, kept for a short time so repeat checks are fast.
• Emailed tool results: your email address, used to send the result you asked for.
• Basic request records, used to limit abuse of the free tools.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through pages, for example where people stop on a form, so we can fix confusing steps. Clarity sets cookies and records clicks, scrolling and page interactions. Microsoft explains how it handles this data in the Microsoft privacy statement. We do not run advertising trackers.

• To reply to your enquiry. A human engineer replies within 8 to 12 hours.
• To send emails you asked for, such as tool results or a plan recommendation. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site and the free tools working and safe.

We never sell your data. It is processed only by the services that run the site: our hosting and network provider, our cloud database, our email delivery service, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. Free tool checks read public information from the website you enter and public vulnerability data from the NIST National Vulnerability Database.

When you become a client we may hold logins and access to your website and hosting. We use them only for the work you asked for, keep client details confidential, and work under an NDA when you need one. When you leave, we hand access back and stop using it.

Enquiries are kept while we are talking with you and for normal business records afterwards. Free tool results are cached for a short period and then refreshed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

Email hello@webcarestudios.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop emails. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
