Terms of service

The plain rules for working with us: what you pay, what we promise, and what we do not.

About these terms

These terms cover care plans, one off fixes and the free tools offered by WebCare Studios on webcarestudios.com. A written scope or proposal for your project sits on top of these terms and wins if the two disagree.

Care plans

Plans are billed monthly: Care $99, Care Plus $199, Commerce $349, Scale $799 per month. Agency white label care starts from $79 per site per month. What each plan includes, such as edit time and backup history, is listed on the pricing page.

Every plan is month to month with no lock in contract and no cancellation fee. If you cancel inside the first 30 days we refund the full month.

One off work

Emergency fixes, Safe PHP Upgrades, Theme Rescues and Website Takeover Reviews are $249 flat each. Migrations and larger projects are quoted per project after the Website Takeover Review. We confirm the scope in writing before work starts.

Response times

A human engineer replies within 8 to 12 hours on every plan. Fix work starts inside that window. We do not promise round the clock fixing.

Your website, your access

You own your website, content and accounts. You give us the access the work needs and we keep it confidential. We work on a staging copy first where the work allows it, and we keep restore points before risky changes. When a plan ends we hand access back.

Limits

We cannot control your host, third party plugins, payment providers or Google. We fix what is inside our scope and tell you plainly when a problem sits with someone else. Our liability for any piece of work is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Free tools

The free checkers and the vulnerability feed read public information and show it as is. They are a starting point, not a security audit. Please only check websites you own or manage.
