You type your address and nothing arrives. A blank white page, an endless spinner, or a short error message where your business used to be. Roughly half of these are an update or a hosting problem and half are the aftermath of an attack. We tell you which within fifteen minutes, free, and restore the site the same day for a flat $249.
Clean or your money back. Written. Flat $249, no hourly meter.
You do not need to know what your website is built with. We will tell you in the first 10 minutes.

If you ticked even one of these, send us the address of your website and we will look at it for free within the hour.
Try your website from your phone with wifi switched off, so you are on a different network. If it loads there, your own connection or your office network is the problem and your website is fine. If it fails there too, it is genuinely down and worth acting on now. This one check saves a surprising number of people a stressful afternoon.
It means the software crashed while building the page and the server chose to show nothing rather than an error message. Nine times out of ten it is one add on or one theme that updated badly, or a small piece of code somebody pasted in. The information needed to identify it is sitting in the server log, which takes an engineer about five minutes to read and is invisible from the front end.
Your website is two parts: the files, and the database that holds your pages, orders and customers. That message means the two cannot talk to each other. Common causes are the host moving the database, the password changing, the database being overloaded by traffic or a bad plugin, or the account being over its limits. Your content is almost never lost, even though the message reads as if everything has gone.
Three patterns tell us it is not a simple fault. The site went down immediately after a suspension email. It went down with no update or change on your side. Or it comes back for a few minutes and dies again under normal traffic. In those cases we treat it as a security incident from the first minute, because restoring the site without closing the way in just resets the clock.
We look at the actual server error log rather than guessing from the front end. That normally names the exact cause within minutes.
Full copy taken, then the failing component is rolled back or disabled so your website answers again while we work on the real fix.
The cause is reproduced on a copy, corrected so it will not return at the next update, and the site is checked end to end including checkout and forms.
We add real monitoring so you hear about the next outage from us rather than from a customer, and keep an eye on the site for 30 days.
No quotes, no discovery calls, no hourly meter. You know the number before we touch anything.
One website, one price. Median clean time about 4 hours from the moment we have access. Written report at the end.
Everything above, plus locked down logins, file monitoring, and 60 days of reinfection cover.
Updates on staging, daily backups, monitoring, and a real engineer on call so this never repeats.

Three safe checks before anyone touches anything.
Stop and call us if: you are about to reinstall the website, restore an old backup over the live site, or delete files to see what happens. Restoring blindly is how orders and enquiries get lost permanently.
In our experience it is one of six things: a bad update to a plugin or theme, the database being unreachable, the hosting account being suspended or over its limits, an expired domain name, a broken security certificate, or the aftermath of an attack. The server log distinguishes between them in minutes, which is why guessing from the front end wastes so much time.
Almost certainly not. In nearly every case we see, the pages, orders and customers are safe in the database and only the ability to display them is broken. Even where files are damaged, the host holds backups. Do not panic and do not start deleting.
Domain renewal and hosting are separate bills, often with separate companies, and a domain can also take a few hours to start working again after a late renewal. If both are paid and it is still down, the problem is inside the website itself.
Most sites answer again within the first hour, and the underlying cause is properly fixed within about four hours from the moment we have access. If it is a hosting suspension, add the reinstatement time that host needs.
A flat $249 for a standard single website, with a written fixed or refund guarantee. If the site is down because of an attack, that same $249 covers the cleanup, so you are not charged twice for one incident.
Yes, and it is mostly boring rather than clever. Updates tested on a copy before they go live, real backups kept off the server, and monitoring that tells us within a minute. That is our $99 a month care plan, and it exists because most outages are preventable.
