Emergency response is part of every partnership arrangement. We respond within 4 hours for critical issues and communicate with you first (before contacting the client) so you remain the account owner.

Can you handle agencies with clients on different hosting environments?

Yes. We maintain sites across all major hosting platforms. Different hosting environments require different configurations, which we handle as part of onboarding each client site.

How do we handle onboarding when we transfer a client site to you?

We conduct a standard intake audit on each new site: current WordPress version, plugin audit, backup status, security posture. We flag any pre-existing issues for you and the client before committing to ongoing management.
